Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the expansion of important customers together with the sales department, serving as the pre sales customer interface person for major projects, responsible for customer relationship management, assuming responsibility for the success or failure of project bidding and continuity, and increasing customer trust through professional abilities.
2. Responsible for the early customer demand positioning and planning creativity of major projects, leading project proposal work, assisting customer managers in business negotiations, and improving the winning rate of important projects.
3. Responsible for integrating external resources of the company (including but not limited to external media resources, channel resources, etc.), forming product development based on resource cooperation, and providing direct support for project planning and implementation.
4. Responsible for the company's brand communication work, including the dissemination of company cases and company culture, able to provide innovative communication methods or utilize new communication methods, and able to rely on these communication methods to provide communication content, making communication more effective.
